Having travelled extensively around the world, I have always drawn inspiration from the landscapes I encounter. As a photography enthusiast, I am constantly in search of the world’s most captivating scenes. I am fascinated by colour, intrigued by the ever-changing effects of light, and drawn to places where history seems to linger beyond the passage of time.
My passion for history often leads me to remarkable and unexpected locations. Through painting, I seek to capture and revive the emotions experienced in these places. It is my way of preserving fleeting moments and inviting others to linger in front of landscapes and places that inspire wonder and admiration.
Presented here is a selection of works from the Inspired Realism series, which comprises approximately thirty paintings created primarily between 2004 and 2012.
